Chairman Dr. Hartmut Kräwinkel
20 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility within different companies of civil and military industry encompassing research, development and programme management. Experienced in time to cost and quality management as well as in technology areas such as simulation, industrial automation, pattern recognition, optics, sensors and control structures.
Chief Financial Officer Catherine Edwards
She has been with the company since it started (having worked in the aircraft industry with the other founders prior to that) dealing with the financial and administrative side of the company and was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2004. As CFO, she is responsible for the company finances including controlling and planning and is also responsible for the company administration.
