AC&S offers training solutions across a broad spectrum: from Training Needs Analysis (TNA), through interactive multimedia learning programmes (Computer Based Training, Computer Aided Instruction and Web Based Training), software tools for the design, development and administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) up to complex training systems such as part-task and procedure trainers.

The experience and know-how of our Subject Matter Experts (SME) is evident in our training solutions. In addition to their capabilities in the fields of engineering and training, they are also specialists in fixed and rotary wing aircraft in military, paramilitary and civilian operations. Our expertise is particularly in the areas of aviation management, aircrew and maintenance training, air-to-air refuelling, maritime patrol, communications technology and electronic warfare.

The application of standard interfaces, modular software and off-the-shelf IT components enables individual components of the training media we developed to be used for other training purposes. Training systems can also be developed in a cost-effective way by re-using existing components in simulations and learning programmes.
